Signs that a break may be needed
Consider stopping and seeking support if you hide your activity, keep playing longer than planned, feel distressed after losing, borrow to continue, neglect responsibilities, try to win back losses or feel unable to stop. A trusted person or qualified local support service can help you make a plan. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services.
Protect your account and device
Use a unique password, keep OTPs and payment PINs private and contact the provider only through a channel you verify independently. Review permissions, keep Android security tools enabled and do not install a modified APK to bypass a warning. A familiar logo, Telegram message or search result does not prove that a file or support agent is authentic.
Questions to ask a provider
Before using an external service, ask who operates it, where it is permitted, how age and location checks work, what the fees and withdrawal conditions are, how limits and self-exclusion work, how personal data is handled and how a complaint is escalated. Keep a copy of the provider’s current terms and do not rely on a screenshot or promise that cannot be checked.
