What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Yono Vault handles information submitted through this website, essential session data and ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Yono Vault is an independent game-information directory built with standalone PHP. It does not operate the listed games, control their accounts or receive information that you submit directly to an external provider.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We use those details to review a question, investigate a correction, respond to a website issue and keep a record of the conversation. Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, identity documents, full payment details or another person’s confidential information. If you submit such information accidentally, contact the administrator so the message can be removed or redacted where practical.
The update-alert form collects an email address and consent state. A pending request also uses protected confirmation and unsubscribe tokens, timestamps and a status value. The email is not activated for alerts until the confirmation step is completed. An unsubscribe action changes or removes the subscription record according to the site’s configured workflow.
Essential sessions, security and logs
The website may set an essential session cookie to support CSRF protection, contact and subscription forms, and authenticated administrator access. The session is not used by the initial configuration to build an advertising profile. The host may keep ordinary request, security and error logs such as an IP address, user agent, requested path and time to operate the server, investigate abuse and protect the website. Rate-limiting records can be stored temporarily to reduce repeated automated submissions.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to provide the function you requested, review and correct directory content, respond to messages, manage consent, protect forms and maintain the service. The site does not sell contact messages or subscription records. Analytics, advertising and verification integrations are optional settings and are disabled in the initial configuration; any future integration should be reviewed before it is enabled.
Retention and deletion
Contact messages may be kept while a question or correction is being reviewed and for reasonable follow-up, then deleted by the administrator. Subscription records may be retained while consent and unsubscribe status must be managed. Essential security records can be retained for a limited operational period. You can request correction or deletion through the contact page; describe the request without sending unnecessary sensitive data. The administrator may need enough information to identify the record and prevent an unauthorised request.
External links and app providers
Game pages may refer to external websites, messaging channels or download destinations. Opening an external link sends you to a separate service with its own privacy notice, cookies and account practices. Review that provider’s information before submitting data, downloading software or creating an account. Yono Vault does not control what an external game provider collects.
Adults and children
Game and real-money gaming information on this site is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Do not use a game provider or paid service unless you meet its age and location requirements. Parents or guardians should supervise younger people’s general web access and avoid allowing them to submit information to this site.
Security limits and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used for the website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
