When you use the contact form, Yono Vault saves your name, email address, subject and message so the site administrator can review your request and respond. Please do not submit passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment credentials.
Update-alert subscriptions
If you request email updates, the website stores your email address, subscription status and request and confirmation timestamps. It also stores protected verification tokens used to confirm the request and process an unsubscribe action. Updates require your consent and email confirmation. You can stop them through the unsubscribe link or ask the administrator for help through the contact page.
Essential sessions and security
The website uses an essential session cookie to support form-security checks and authenticated administrator access. It is not used by this application for advertising profiles. Form submissions also undergo spam checks and rate limiting. Hosting services may keep ordinary request and error logs to operate and protect the website.
Optional integrations and external websites

Analytics and advertising integrations are optional site settings; they are not enabled in the initial configuration. Subscription records remain available for managing consent and unsubscribe requests until removed. Service providers
The site depends on hosting and email delivery services to store submitted information and deliver confirmation or update messages. Data supplied to an external game provider is governed by that provider’s practices, not by this directory.
